I post and read. I tried once to join a team challenge but health issues made me drop off the list. Are there other team goals? If I joined, I can't remember what I'm supposed to be doing.

I started SP at 138 lbs in October 2010. My goal weight was supposed to be 125, which I reached in January 2011. I have stayed at 125 (give or take a few pounds) ever since.

I check in, often huddle, am tracking a team goal, participate in challenges, read message board at least once a week. I post a thread once a month asking if members are "At Goal and Maintaining" and sometimes remember to monitor the responses. I try to read member blogs as often as I can. Love this team!

Oh my goodness. I didn't realize there were so many members in this group. Congrats to all those who are maintaining. I am not as active is this group as I could be. I've done some huddling and will see what I can do about being more active in the future. Think of the collective knowledge 13000 members possesses. I wonder if there is something we can do to harness and use that for good. emoticon

I wondered about this back in August. Out of our 13,000+ people, only 105 wrote a blog post in August. Contrast that with the "300 lbs. Plus" team, with 5,600 members, 254 of whom wrote at least one blog post in the same month.

As for me, I read, post, run and participate in team challenges. I researched and set up the team goals, but ironically I'm not actually using them right now! LOL

Never, ever, EVER give up!

From BMI 53 (336 lbs) to under 30. Now aiming for less than 20% body fat.

I had no idea this group was so large. That is great there are so many in the maintenance stage! I read all the messages, although for some strange reason, this on got past me. I post occasionally. I enjoy challenges, but am in one on another team that is taking most of my time. I value this team and appreciate what you leaders are doing to keep it appealing to participate.

I read and post once in a while.

I haven't joined any of the team goals, because none of them look like things I particularly need to work on. I view goals as a motivational tool. They're important for stuff that I might slip on without the goal, such as gettting 10K steps per day. They're irrelevant for stuff I'd do anyway, like eat breakfast every day. They're counter-productive for things I shouldn't be concentrating on, like getting 200 exercise minutes per week. (My minutes have gone down as I've been running instead of walking; but the quality of the minutes is better.) I don't particularly relate to the team cheering aspect of team goals.

I've joined the Merry Maintainers challenge, though I'm not sure it will be helpful. I'll give it a try and see.

Total members . . . before hitting goal, my main team was 50+ members with 10-24 pounds to lose. That team has over 192K members. The vast majority have to be inactive (or at least silent), or the team forum would be unusable. Even with 13K members, I think the majority of the membership has to be inactive or silent, or we would drown in the volume of posts.
