I don't know if this is the same thing but my niece's girlfriend has weighted hoola hoops. She told me she has lost some incredible number of inches in three or four months. She had me try it out. I had it going for 10 min straight. She was impressed. Then I had to admit that my great nephew would make me do the hoola hoop thing on the Wii Fit. But she told me she would do it three times a day for at least 10 min.
Sooooo if you have a Wii Fit go that route. If not why not try it? If you can afford it that is. It was fun and fairly easy to do and for me I think that was because it was weighted.
