My starting weight in May 2009 was 172. I'd gone from 230 to 150 in 2001/2002, but put 22 back on after a cancer dx -- "pity party pounds". I took it off during radiation treatment and had more-or-less maintained at 155 (the SP "goal weight") until January of this year when I'd crept up to 163 again. Peeled that off with the Judith S. Beck "Diet Solution" and kept on moving it down below 140 to (currently) 137.
It's the SP community and the terrific Nutrition and Fitness trackers that keep me . . . on track!!
