A year and a half of maintaining. Living at home by myself means I have no excuses for my food or exercise to regain any weight.

2 weeks of maintaining for me, and so far it is going good! My range is 118-123 and today I am at 119.4. I had dropped from 120 to 118 pretty fast so I upped my calories just a bit.

Outstanding, Carter! Great that you have got a grip on it. I am still doing research and development on my calorie range but starting to see a good trend.

I feel like I am doing a good job with my new habits. I have settled into a new calorie range, and the scale has remained nicely and comfortably down at 145.

We are visiting friends in Kansas City and the woman we are staying with has been fighting a losing weight battle for year. She is accusing me of being anorexic, wants me to go to OA for anorexia. Tonite we went to a "home cooking" restaurant and I had a piece of fried chicken, a little bit of mashed potatoes and some green beans with bacon. But I didn't put any dressing on my salad and didn't eat dessert so I must be anorexic. My only hard and fast rules are no eating between meals and write it all down, and THAT is anorexia??? My eyes can pick a Reeses out of a haystack, so not a problem. It's funny, I haven't had anyone even notice my eating in years because I've been at goal for so long. It makes me even more possessive of my weight than ever.

23 days of maintaining and the last three have been steady as a rock. I am still tweeking my exercise and nutrition but know that I will not go over 1750 calories per day. I believe it's more than enough at this time. Should I add to my cardio, I might adjust.

I am traveling now and have no idea what I weigh. I am being as careful as I can be but I know I'll pad on 2-3 pounds which I will get rid of quickly when I get home. Just need to not panic the first time on the scale after returning. Travel by its very nature is constipating and swelling, and I need to be PATIENT for the couple of days for it to fall off.

I am still a little above range. Two vacations coming up, a week each, so not sure how July will be for me. I did very well last year on vacation, so if I put that same plan in place, I should come home back in goal range!

Feeling pretty good where I am -- have not been out of my 5# range in 2 years. Was at the top a few weeks ago, but am back mid-range. Can't get lax about snacking!!

I am not at goal, but am down three pounds since the beginning of June. I stuck to my plan 29 days in June. Obviously, my plan is modest, but I feel I can eat like this forever and I believe I'll be able to lose a few more this month. I believe I'll be at goal by October and I don't anticipate having to do a lot to stay in maintenance because I will keep eating like this then, too.
