I agree on both sides, sometimes I just get ready for the workout, and at some point I get motivated to continue, but if I'm really dragging thru the warm-up, I take it as a sign I'm either overdoing it, (overtraining) or coming down w/ something, so I'll either do a light version, or hit the showers. If it's just boredom sometimes just starting gets me in the groove, and I remember why I enjoy working up a good sweat!
