Been maintaining since October 26. A few days shy of 4 months and I've been doing pretty well. staying in my range of 112-115. But I still need to lose some body fat. My exercise routine went by the way side when I got sick in December with H1N1 and hasn't really come back yet. I'm slowing working on it though.

Went clothes shopping today and let me tell you, what a frustrating experience. You'd think it'd be fun and exciting since I've lost weight (total loss of around 17-19lbs). But it's not so!

All of the inches I've lost have been legs, hips, arms and chest. Nothing in the stomach. Or at least not nearly enough (at most 1 inch), so trying to get pants that fit my waist means that they are super baggy in the hips and legs. After 3 stores, countless try-ons, I came home crying with only 3 pairs of pants.

STARTING WEIGHT (7/19/2009) - 131lbs
GOAL MET (10/26/2009) - 115lbs!
2nd GOAL MET - (11/09/2009) 112lbs!

Now in Maintenance!

I'm still within my maintenance range. I did get to 124.2 a few days ago but figured out I wasn't getting all of my water in. It makes a difference!

So glad I stopped by to catch up on how everyone is doing! It's really a great accomplishment to remain within sight of your goal, even if some months you need binoculars to see it! You are keeping your eye on it and not losing focus so be PROUD and congratulate yourself even if you aren't right where you want to be....don't expect to be perfect and don't be so hard on yourself when you're not. I've had to remind myself of this quite a bit lately too.

I've had a lot on my mind and not able to be here *sparking* but I'm still maintaining...a little higher than I might like, and not as toned and fit as I want to be, but, hallelujah, still hanging in there too!

Had not been back to my weight loss concept since week 42 last year.. Am on track as usual and my consultant gave me a huge hug, she has missed me..
Told me to get my butt into the meetings or contact her on face book more often.. I just hate the steers I get like what are you doing here, your not fat- many women look shocked when my consultant reads up how much weight I have lost.. The feed back is omg to gasps for air, I just want to melt into the floor cracks...

I went today to my WW meeting and lost 1 pound. Great!
I'm now within my goal weight range of 3 pounds.
2 pounds range is too strict for me and 5 pounds is too loose.
3-4 pounds range is working well for me in maintenance.

I'm over my goal weight by 4 pounds. I was so proud of myself for making it through the holidays unscathed, and then my weight started to creep up bit by bit the last week in December. The good is that I'm still drinking lots of water and exercising almost every day. The bad is that I need to be more focused on reining in my daily calories.

There's a part of me that's upset because, after all, who's happy to gain weight? But then there's another part of me that's okay because I'm confident that I can return to my desired weight.

Congratulations to all of you on your efforts to lose and/or maintain!

My goal is to maintain DESPITE all the nasty weather that keeps us trapped inside. Taking a 9 month old out in snowy rain to the gym is difficult. To maintain inside, my goal is to workout with Fit TV (on demand), drink my water, make good meal choices, and not sit around. Just for the cold and wet month of February!

Currently maintaining 120 to 125 pounds for nearly a year!

I started the month only 0.1k below my top maintenance weight and through the month have been eating properly and exercising almost every day. Have dropped back to 72.2 so will keep doing the same things to get to middle of maintenance. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

I'm 4 pounds from goal and working on bringing it down 1-2 pounds.

My weight has fluctuated up and down all of January, going up four pounds above my top maintenance weight. Today I am one pound below the top of my range and hope this month to average somewhere in the middle of my five pound maintenace target.

I am above my range. Christmas, New Years, my birthday, and my recovery have taken a toll on my weight. Plus the cold grey Michigan winters makes comfort food more appealing than healthy food, despite my attempts to make the healthy food comfort food.

But, like Mimi says, that's okay! I've caught it and I'm on my way. I'm already 1.5 pounds down from last week. I'm watching what I'm doing and I'll get there in time. Between twice a week physical therapy, my home PT, my home cardio (which is less than before surgery, but 40 minutes a day of PT plus 30 minutes of cardio on non-formal PT days is ENOUGH for me!), I'm increasing my activity. As of the end of last week, I'm crutch free and walking around more and more easily (and without pain!).

I have my rewards set up and I look forward to getting them soon enough. :)

It's a minor setback and I'm okay with this. I did amazing for 3+ years and 1 month off-kiter isn't going to be the end of my hard work!

With our unusual cold weather, my body wants to eat and hibernate.

But as long as I am within my range, I am a happy camper!

I weighed in today at 129.0, the low end of my stated range!! I have a BMI of 21. I fear I may still have a high percentage of body fat, though, and need to find a way to measure it. My scales say they measure it, but make no sense, fluctating by 6% in one day.

Because of icy and snowy weather, being stuck inside to only eat and NOT workout, I've gone up to the high end of my range. I'm determined to get back down even though we're stuck at home today...I'm working out during my baby's nap!!!! I gotta do it...haven't worked out since Thursday!

I was all over the scale during the month of January -- from the low end of maintenance range to 3 pound above. I am now 1.8 pounds above and ready to get back in maintenance range.
