Hey guys,
*Clears throat and puts on his best PSA voice*
I'm working on some different stories that involve these guys in different ways, but if you've been maintaining for a year, it's worth a little time to sign up for the National Weight Loss Control Registry.
It's a voluntary program for post-weight folks who've done what most everyone else can't figure out how to pull off.
It pretty much involves filling out a questionnaire and sending in before/after pictures. Beyond that, you'll get questionnaires from time to time for different medical studies. Most of which, I've found, aren't a big deal.
The more people sign up to participate, the better the scientific folks can understand post-weight loss better. And honestly -- if science or the public can't wrap their head around life post fat-pants, how on earth can they really help people trying to lose weight? We can help give them a whole picture of weight loss.
