I'll second the strength training suggestion!
Muscle on your shoulders will help visually balance a larger bottom half (you will not get huge, especially in five weeks, just attractively toned). I'm speaking from experience here, also being a more of a pear by nature than anything else, sigh.
Overall, moving past the bikini (and why NOT enjoy looking great???) strength training will help your metabolism to add muscle to balance out all that cardio, which will help you with maintenance. Plus, strength training is a blast :)
