That is a good idea! It kind of forces you to pick a realistic weight goal too, and not just some idealized number.

WW came for the first time ever (I think...) with recognition and awards for Lifetime members at goal.
How wonderful!!!

Lifetime members at goal will recieve (probably in the beginning of January 2009) a bookmark called: "Stick with it, Lifetime Members!"
The bookmark contains 12 boxes to represent the 12 month of the year.
Lifetime members will recieve a BRAVO sticker each month they weigh-in within two pounds of goal.
By the end of the year, if they collect minimum of 10 BRAVO stickers, they'll then get their ANNUAL recognition award which is a Lifetime members RECOGNITION KEY.
I assume that this bookmark will be given at the beginning of each year.

How divine!

It would be nice to have room on this bookmark for an additional sticker that represents the number of years already at maintenance.
For example, if someone is on maintenance 5 years, the bookmark can also show the achievement of being 5 years at maintenance (rather than show only the annual recognition). The sticker can read "5 years maintenance".
It's the same concept when a WW member recieves a recognition sticker when they LOOSE 5, 10 etc.. pounds.

Also, it would be nice to get a special and different recognition (a tiny upgrade...smile...) every 5 years at maintenance. What an acoomplishment it is to be 5 years at maintenance!!! (and 10, 15, 20 and more years at maintenance. Wow!)
Research shows that those who stay at maintenance minimum of 5 years, have much better chances to stay at maintenance.

Thank you WW. What a fabulus idea!

Let's celebrate!
