I used to do Firm videos as well when I was working out at home a lot, if you have the equipment, they are pretty good. I got the 30 day shred and agree, it's a good one too.

If you want to see samples of videos, you can check them out at collagevideo.com. They have samples of the videos they sell, plus a great system for looking at different types of videos. Even if you buy elsewhere it's a great resource for checking them out.

I also like the Biggest Loser Power Sculpt. It does all combo moves so you are upper and lower all the time. Not a ton of cardio, but I am sweating pretty good after it and consider myself in decent shape. I usually do level 1 and 3 on mondays so my legs don't hurt so dam*ed bad on my saturday long runs. On Friday I do level 1 and 2. Its mostly in how hard you want to push to make this one work. It can be whipped through and not a muscle hurt or take a chance on the weights and really feel it.

I found a show on that is called Classical stretch: the Esmonde technique that is BOMB! I can actually say that I enjoy working out because it involves working out in a way that tones your muscles, lengthens and strengthens them as well. The instructor Miranda Esmonde has stretching in the beginning during and end. I always end up relaxed after one of these workouts and get a better night sleep. Here is the link if anyone is interested. There is also a free PDF file that you might be interested in.

Well, I have several videos. However, I have two left feet and can't seem to catch on to the dancing ones...and I'm a little afraid at my age to be jumping around too much (might torture my knees).

So....my favorite is Leslie Sansone's Walk Slim "4 Fast Miles". I work up a good sweat and can keep my heart rate between right around 109 (my 60%-80% range is 90-120) once the warm-up is over.

The other good thing about this one is that there's a music-only version that excludes the talking. The talking gets old real fast, so it's much easier to stick with it every day.

Hmm...I've heard so much about the shred, I think I'll give it a shot. I've also got bands, so I may try tae bo too. Thanks everyone!

I have tryed turbo jam, tae bo and 30 day shred, at the moment Im doing to 30 day shred and yes it is a good hard workout in 20mins, the toning in turbo jam is a 40min workout which is ok but personaly I never found myself sore after it using the same weight as I do with shred, tae bo bootcamp with bands is a goodie you have the choice of doing 30mins or 60. Tae bo and shred have cardio included.

I'm a big fan of turbo jam! They have toning video's, but I just do the cardio since I lift weights.

I second the 30 Day Shred recommendation. It's circuit training so you're combining strength and cardio. I just love Jillian Michaels. She definitely knows what she's doing!
