Hehe. Field training is proof that enough exercise CAN overcome a less than healthy diet. My 6'3" husband went into field training a 161 pounds and came out at 147... and he didn't have any weight that he needed to lose. Took him some time to build the muscle back up, but it can be done! Hope you're enjoying the freedom to choose your own yummy food.

BUT, I've never stopped running or racing!
One of these days, I'll re-qualify for Boston. And tackle Goofy's Race and a Half. Maybe an ultra. Or a half Ironman...
