1. Control and watch my portions (I pick one day every week that I measure EVERYTHING just to check myself) 2. Drink the water---I truly believe the water is one of the elements that is missing in many other weight loss programs. 3. Record my excercise and keep the weekly goal I set!

I agree with VALJUNE, my number one habit for successful maintenance is eating 95% healthy. I sometimes hit 3000 calories a day (I also work out every day, #2 habit) but it never sticks...which is expected when you're only eating super healthy. My third would have to be the daily cheat. I LOVE chocolate...and eat it every day. It's my #3 habit ha ha. In moderation...hee hee.
1.checking my morning weight is okay 2.if not eat my core foods until my weight settles where it should be. 3.careful planning, not getting too cocky and treading lightly to avoid huge swings.

1) weigh myself only once a week 2) track my food when I'm eating new things or doing new exercises or I feel like I need a refresher (normally this is every other month or two for a whole week) 3) keep exercising
*4) (I'm sneaking in an extra!) Get people that are around you involved with your eating healthy and exercising, always better with family and friends or even coworkers!
