Hello: Two weeks ago, I got sick and needed a rest from constantly working out for the past 1 1/2 years...I didn't gain any weight, in fact I drifted down a couple of pounds. I was hurting a little in my waist and groin area, nothing serious but I knew that a little rest would cure me. This has happened before and I know that other people reading this post can relate to this subject. A little time off works wonders!!! I also have an achilles that tends to act up , so I can't run like I want to but riding a bike is a great substitute. Now, I'm jumping out of my skin and can't wait to get to the gym tomorrow.......See you'all..........swalerroe7
