I just got to May's meeting today for the mnth, so here are the tips up to including today.
Thurs. May 1: What one thing are you w illing to do consistently this month in order to reach your goal? Look forward to a happy ending. Friday, May 2: Make a promise to never watch commercials. Exercise during that time instead.
Saturday, May 3: Planting a garden this year? If you've never done it before, consider how wonderful the fresh vegetables will taste.
Sunday, May 4: What do you need to focus on this week? Create a plan that will make you healthier.
Monday, May 5: Eating less saves you both calories and money. As you learn to be satisfied eating less, enjoy making a plan for the money you save.
Tuesday, May 6: Rain or shine, spend at least 30 minutes every day this week exercising. Do something fun!
Wednesday, May 7: Do you need conveinence foods to get you through the day? Try baby carrots rather than a candy bar.
Thursday, May 8: Concerned about protion size? Serve your dinner on a salad plate.
Friday, May 9: Don't "forget" to stay on your food plan this weekend. Make a plan to stay on track, no matter what you are doing.
Saturday, May 10: Write yourself a quick note, congratulating yourself for a success you had this week. Stay focused on the positive.
Sunday, May 11: Happy Mother's Day! Celebrate by making a commitment to be healthy. Your Mother will be proud of you!
Monday, May 12: In two weeks you will be celebrating a holiday. Will you also be celebrating your weight loss?
