Yeah, I hear you on the "new skin" thing too. I still find myself going for days in pants that are way too big for me because it's like I haven't figured out what size I am yet. And I've been maintaining for a year!
I like living. I have sometimes been wildly, despairingly, acutely miserable, racked with sorrow, but through it all I still know quite certainly that just to be alive is a grand thing. Agatha Christie ----------------------- Kierae - happily maintaining since 1/2009
Great job there Carmen, I know what you mean by the new skin, It just takes awhile. I still think twice before sitting down in a chair. One disadvantage I have to report. I am trying to roll my lawn this AM and it is a little wet, I'm having trouble with traction, just need more lead in my butt. I'm more than happy to wait until it dries some more. Welcome to the maintaining part of the new YOU. Skeeter
I've actually been at goal since last November but it took me awhile to get used to my new skin and get things together. So now I'm posting for the first time on this at goal site. I'm really excited that I actually lost the weight for the first time in my life! I've kept it off too. I allow a 4 pound window for indulgences but once I see that happen I get back on track. I'd like to lose another 5 pounds for good measure. It was a tough journey but I took it in small increments. What a great list for those of us that deserve to WHOOP it up! We should be proud...Carmen
