Interesting. I'll have to read through that. I'm still trying to find a good calorie range. I'm eating at the upper end of mine, and still losing a little weight.

Thank you so much for sharing the Lifetime & maintenance guide. I am on vacation in Fl. for the rest of this month but have saved the file & will print it out when I get home.
I have never been successful with keeping my weight off before but feel with Sparks I can do it & the support of this site. Anne

Thanks for sharing this resource - it looks great!!!

I haven't printed it out yet, but I think it will also be a source of good discussion material for the team. Looking forward to hearing other peoples's input.

I think this is one area where Spark could really expand its resources and support!

This is a wonderful guide! It's 52 pages, so it takes a while to print it out, but it is SO worth it! I wish I could print a copy for every person who gets their LT in my WW group.
What ideas do this group have on maintaining? If you were starting a group to help people to maintain, what would you include in your meetings?
