Anne, That is so wonderful that you and DH are doing this together. My goal is to stay OP for the next 40 days and not eat any peanut butter cups. My point allowence is 18 per day, with an additional 5 per day (my weekly 35 flex points) if I chose to use them. I believe this will help to stop my binge-emotional eating. I wish you and your DH success on this quest for Lent.

This is not a WW tip but I am a lifetime member but could never keep my goal weight until I started SP. Yesterday was starting of lent season 40 days. DH & I together made the decison to not eat between meals during lent as a sacrifice. This will not be easy for either one of us but we know it also will help us lose weight.
