I imagine you are logging your food, does that tell you what percentage is from carbs? I tend to be a carb lover, and when I was logging, I tried to keep track of that, so I would have a good ratio between the different macronutrients. I noticed a lot of time I was really high in fats, I love nuts and avocado, and if I get both, that number goes too high.
I think a good thing to do w/ carbs is to look for whole grains, and try to get more of that.
