This is a great little gadget made for your iGoogle page:
It tracks your **moving average weight** and tells you whether those day-to-day fluctuations are "real" weight gains or not.
For maintainers, it considers you "on goal" as long as your moving average weight is within ±2.5 lb of your goal weight.
