I wish they would add something to the ticker for us "maintainers", maybe a "red 5 pound stretch" or something that we could do within leeway. I don't want to give up my ticker, just seeing the "beginning" helps me realize how far i have come. Maybe they could give us two tickers? Oh well, just wishing....

I have mine in for the year. It is probably a bit low, but it will work. I think its another great tool from them. Ya just have to wonder how much more they can do for us, lol.

Don't set your limits until you have tested them...

Gonna to calculate approximate of how many I did in '07 and give myself a challenge for '08 -- see if I cannot bump it up!!!

The "Fitness Minutes"

I checked it out this morning. SP is setting a goal of 1 billion fitness minutes for 2008 for the sparkers. You do your part by pledging how many minutes you'd like to do in 2008. I think it's a cool idea :)
