I've been clicking daily for years. You can set it up so they e-mail you every morning and you just have to open the email and click on the link provided.

Also, if you check out their store on the site they have alot of really cute gifts and very nice jewelry. I try to do alot of my Christmas shopping there. Every purchase you make provides a certain number of bowls of food for shelter animals.

Please visit the website it's free, but the animal rescue is having low hits per day and their afraid the program will be pulled, this helps feed animals in rescue centers from corporate sponsors, I know this doesn't have to do with weight loss but it is a good cause and only a 30 second commitment.
