Oh Nancy - sorry that she is not feeling good; how is she doing now? Did you end up getting a workout in at all?

My workout was good - 15mins HIIT on the elliptical, 15mins ab circuit and 25mins HIIT on the arc trainer. Was a powerful workout!
My eating has been going good today too.
Although I just am not feeling like anything is changing on my body - I don't think I'm going to see anything on Saturday. I don't know why I think this, I have been true to my eating and stuff so I'm not sure. It's that whole mind games ya know!

Thanks for the positive vibes - it means more to me than you know.

As predicted Madison is sick. She had a temperature of 102.6 F this morning at 6am and I have been in and out of sleep since 1am. Going to be a rough day. She asked for food and managed to eat 1/4 of a piece of toast. I'm trying to keep her hydrated as well so hopefully she will be more like herself. She's in bed now - she says she is so tired. Breaks my heart to see her feeling so terrible. I am thinking a lukewarm bath will help bring the fever down -- and I was reading some natural ways to bring her fever down and apparently chamomile tea will help so I have brewed some naturally caffeine free stuff - I'll let it seep for a while and than let it cool off. Flavour it with a bit of honey.

I am tired but not as exhausted as I thought I would be. Going to check in with Maddie.

Hope you have a great workout this morning and enjoy your time with Abbey for dropping her off at preschool. I'll check in later

Appointment as I had mentioned yesterday went really well. Everything is really starting to come along :)

I have been doing great with my eating and have put the scale away till Friday. Liking how my physique and energy is coming along as well.

I know on fire over there so keep it up and stay warm.

Hi Nancy -- sounds like you had a great workout today! Great job! How's the eating going? Are you eating all the right stuff?
Workout was great today - did quads/calves/hams -- boy oh boy did I push myself!!! I almost got on my scale to weigh myself but decided not to. I'm sticking to my Saturday weigh ins. My eating has been going good and I'm proud of my level of motivation here!!!

Hope you work up feeling refreshed and ready to start your day :)

I got in a great back, bicep and cardio workout this morning and feeling great. I have a TO DO LIST already and am going to try hard and get everything I need done today. Busy Monday over here.

We are also walking through the new framing of our house this afternoon to decide where we want all our outlets and electrical fixtures. That mean drywall is in sight :) Our home should be listed by the end of the week and hoping for some serious offers ASAP!!

Hi Nancy - my nap helped a bit! Must just be delayed reaction to TOM!!!! We are at my mom's for dinner then hubby is playing cards tonight, so after the kids go to bed I'm typing up some stuff that I need to get done and then studying my PT!
No I did not check my body fat %, I figured I would wait until my 4 week pictures. I hope I see some change -- something to keep me motivated!

Good morning :)
I know what you mean about the guilt of not getting in a workout even when you know your body needs the time to recover. I got up at 4am yesterday to get in a run before having to get out of the house at 5:30am to head to my mom's with DH on his way to work. Glad I did - maybe really push my HIIT because I was only giving myself 40 minutes to workout including stretching. This morning is my off day :)

I was only going to have a cheat meal but it turned into a cheat day :) Had a great slice of caramel browiner cheesecake and 3 chocolate chip cookies. That was the extend of my cheat items.

Still manged to get a good breakfast after my workout, Meal #2 was good - Meal #3 some chicken that i took with me while my sister and I did some shopping for accessories (got a couple of great hats) Meal #4 was cheesecake and coffee and Meal #5 was chicken and salad along with my 3 cookies. I had a handful of almonds along the day as well. Great day considering i spent it at my mom's and I was out and about downtown :)

Back to clean eating today. I feel like it is getting better.

I am glad to see that you are not worrying about your weigh in. It is just a #. Did you check you % of body fat? Anyways upstairs to get dressed and showered, have a Realtor coming in today. Than DH and I have to make a decision of what course of action we are going to take.

Hi Nancy - the weigh in was not as good as I wanted only .8oz. BUT I had TOM and no bathroom yesterday, so that affected the scale.
Today is my "cheat" day -- while I was pretty good, I also did not eat every 2 hours. And my stomach is actually nausea from it & dinner. So I can't wait for "normal" meals tomorrow! I may even turn my Saturday cheat days into a cheat meal instead!
I bought myself a board today to use as my motivation each & every day! I'll take a picture when done!

Hey how did your weight in go?

How is Abbey feeling today?

I got up this morning at 4am and got in a 27 minute workout in the Treadmill -- 2 minute warm-up followed by 20 minutes of HIIT. Intense - I need a full 3 minutes to recover.

Felt great. I have to plan my workout to involve less cardio but get in more HIIT workouts in.

All about planning :) I'm at my mom's today and have stayed away from all the holiday cookies. I keep telling myself just one -- but who I am kidding, it never stops at just one does it? Well at least not for me.

Hi Debi. Means the world to me that you are thinking of poor Tux. Last I checked on him at noon he was fading away quickly and has no head movement. All that was functioning was his eyes. I spoke to him and he tried to respond but not sound and his mouth barely moved. It is his time and I do not have the heart to see him like that any longer. So like a coward I have not gone downstairs. I broke out in this strange rash shortly after 8:30pm and it was gone within 30 minutes. All my joints like my elbow and knees where read along with my eye lobes..... My armpits where also feeling weird. It got slightly worse before it got better but it has cleared up, including the reaction on my face. I think it was just a reaction to my emotions, I hope. Tux was an indoor cat so I can not imagine he would have caught something that would be airborne ... although I did spent a great deal petting him. Washed my hands really well so hoping it was just an emotional outbreak.

When Tux was just a kitten at about a few months old he fought a really bad intestinal problem - wondering if that is what the outbreak was again -- maybe there is an infection internally with the plates and metal in his leg from when he fractured it. That could be it as well as that happened less than 2 years ago. Not sure -- and I guess we will never known unless I do an autopsy. We will see what DH says.

Thanks again -- I am hanging in there and have not turned to food yet. Trying to keep myself busy. An eating is going well as planned. Just feel a little light headed and foggy. Just a little numb -- but this will go away. I have lost important people in my life and survived. I will pull together even after the loss of our cat.

I am doing much better thanks. Keeping busy, first time I have stopped today for longer than 5 minutes. We have a Realtor coming in tonight to talk about the sell of our home. Not making any quick decisions. I also have a Realtor coming Friday night & Sunday AM so hopefully we will have a clear idea who we want to go with. Keep positive vibes coming this way - I hope everything goes smoothly and we do not get any low ball offers!! ONly serious buyers needed :)

Any how - I took the day off. 4 days in a row and an awful night sleep did me in. But been going strong since 9am so that has got to count for something. Tomorrow I will get some HIIT, chest and triceps and plan from there. Eating has been on par today as well.

I know a lot of this tension is coming from so much going on at the moment. I can only imagine how selling our home is going to impact me emotionally and physically trying to keep it presentable - I am a control freak that way. I went through all of Madison toys and put about 80% of it away. Keeping only what she plays with now .... Her toy chest now finally closes. I am starting to get a stiff neck which I imagine is due to the stress. Even last night I dreamt about the house. I am also trying to finish my NC program and stay on track for the challenge!! I am going to do it -- just have to give myself many, many, many pep talks.

Yes last night's episode was very motivating! I saw your IM to me this morning but I lost internet connection for a minute. Sorry you woke up on the wrong side of the bed - I hope your day gets better!

I got up at 5:20 (actually jumped out of bed). Saw that school was closed so I turned off everyone's alarm clocks, got dressed & headed to the gym. The roads were slow going but I got there! Great HIIT running & back/bicep circuit! Was a great workout!!!

Just doing a quick catch up on e-mails and then getting stuff done around the house!

BL was pretty intense, and I sat back and started wondering what if I had such complications, what if I was faced looking at the mirror day after day and really being unhappy, what if.... what if .....

Morning :) How are you??

I am doing well -- had a good dentist appointment yesterday and no follow-up needed so I am all smiles... The clean dentist feeling also made me stay away from the popcorn DH made last night, so that was an added bonus :)

Got up at 5am this morning and had a great leg workout. I did a 10 minutes warm-up and after my ST routine I did 27 minutes on the bike. Felt good. Now to keep up with the clean eating :)

Good morning - how are you today? Good here! Got up and did my 15 mins HIIT on the elliptical & then quads/calves/hams -- felt great!!!! When I got Karen's confirmation e-mail she recommended 15mins HIIT every morning and then on T & Th also do my 20-40 mins HIIT.

My eating is going good. Have to hit the store today to stock up again! Hope you are having a good start to your day!

Sounds like you had a killer workout this morning!! Nice job lady - great way to start the AM and the week. I got in 30 minutes of moderate cardio and ST for back and biceps myself. Got my meal plan laid out and my workouts for the week -- going to be productive :)

Hey Debi =) Nice job on your workout and weighing in once a week is a good idea :) I think I'll do the same, but try to stretch it just a little.

I got in my workout - simple 20 minutes of HIIT on the TM and 10 minutes on the bike. Crunches galore today as well :) While DH was having lunch I made it downstairs and made sure I got it in, just like you said.

I started my challenge on FRIDAY which was the 2nd - my pictures were taken that day -- so I will finish 12 weeks from then. I know you submitted on the Saturday (yesterday), when were your stats and photos taken?

Morning .... Meant to get up at 6am before Madison did, but that just did not workout. No worries I will it my workout in later :)

Nice plan you have going. I have to put something more specific down for myself as well. I have no doubt that whatever you set your mind on, your going to do well and exceed your expectations and goals. I got my confirmation e-mail and am pretty excited. Karen will share some extra tidbits with you, now that you on the list. :)

I did well with eating yesterday and ate 100% clean with the exception of popcorn, only 1/4 of the bag, natural flavour, no butter, just a bad choice of when I ate it -- 8:30pm. But the rest of my day was great, even when we took a trip to Starbucks. My calories came in at about 1169 without the popcorn, so within range. Got to keep the food intake good, clean and lean :) We will do it :)

I'm so excited for this challenge Nancy! My eating was great today, a little on the low side but still did good! Tomorrow going to try out The Firm Total Body Crunch DVD workout -- hope it burns some serious calories. Then going to start M, W, F as upper/lower body splits & Tues, Thurs as HIIT cardio days. You and I are up early this morning :) I am preparing to spend the net couple of days at my mom's - so New Years Eve and Day in TO with the family :) We are first making a stop at my godmother's mom (she was also my Matron of honour at my wedding). I have not seen her since I moved here to Courtice last May so a visit and friendly hug in LONG over due.

Sorry the scale was not your friend this morning :) but I know you are going to be great. Your already back into a routine and that is huge especially during the holidays and with all the kids home. Bug accomplishment so so not loose sight of that. As for the challenge - yup it is all you -- unless you want to purchase personal training from Karen Sessions. She provided both exercise and nutrition...... But you do not have to do that to be a part of the challenge. I am just going to do my thing -- and try to follow what Karen has given me in the past -- I think I send you attachment a short while ago.

I am going to try and be good to myself while at my mom's regarding food. Temptation lurks EVERYWHERE there!!

Hi Nancy - great job on keeping the killer workouts! This week I have gotten back into it and feeling good! With that challenge - remind me. We follow our own eating & exercise plan right? I need to do something Nancy - I got on the scale this morning and do not like what I saw!!!! I really want to do the challenge!
What are your plans for New Years? We are going to a friend's house for a party -- I'm going to try with moderation tonight! I can do this!
If we don't chat - have a Happy New Year!!! Here's to a powerful 2009 for us!

Sounds like a killer workout. Make sure you fuel up :)

I just finished getting in a workout again as well. Just cardio and abs --45 minutes combined on the treadmill (HIIT) and the bike. I am feeling good and strong. Going to have a snack myself before my daughter wakes up. I want to jump in the shower again also :)

Nice job on your workout - I am sure you feel fantastic!! Eat clean -- :)

I went to the gym today after I dropped Abby off at school -- I burned 600 calories! I did 30 mins on the arc trainer & 20 minutes on the stationary bike. Felt good!
My eating has been good too.

I feel a little run down today but made it downstairs and pedaled my heart out for just over 11 miles. Made sure I did shoulders as well.

Only 1 45 minutes workout - but I will take it considering how I feel.

How was your workout at the gym? How is the weather holding up? Kids at school? Hope your staying warm and safe.

Hey Debi :) I'm doing well. My cousin and her son spent the night so I had a little but of a late night, which meant my 5am workout was non-existence. But I enjoyed sleeping in till 6am instead of getting up at 4:45am :)

My hamstring as very tight from my leg workout yesterday along with 2 cardio sessions (I did one in the AM and another one in the PM) along with abs. SO yes yesterday was a powerful, powerful set of workouts. On the agenda today is however chest and triceps so I will get that done when Madison takes a nap, although I feel like I am fighting to stay alert.

Sorry to read about the ice storms. Are the kids home from school today? We have had very cold and windy weather but no real bad storms yet. We will see what the rest of winter brings.

Hi Nancy - how are you today? How is the weather - are you getting any snow? We are under an ice/snow storm right now!
I just did 20 minutes of the BL Cardio DVD and a few upper body exercises. I'm hoping the roads are ok for me to hit the gym in the am! I have been going back & forth with the whole re-joining the Y so I don't have to get up at 5am. After much though it would be crazy for me to pay $62 a month when all I pay is $8 a month for Planet Fitness. So I guess for the price of keeping my exercise strong I'm getting up at 5 - 5:15!!!
My eating has been good; did sneak in a few hershey kisses today but only small ones!!!!

Good morning - Just sitting down to eat my oats for breakfast. Lots of de-cluttering to do this morning, so I was sure to be up at 5am for my back, biceps workout along with 20 minutes of HIIT. That is checked off my to do list.

Sorry I was unable to get back online after our brief chat. DH came home late as he made a trip to the gym, so I was holding off eating dinner so we could sit down and have dinner together. I find that if Madison eats before us on nights he goes to the gym, we can actually have a conversation and catch up. Crazy how sometimes I feel we don't really talk for days even though he comes home every night. It was nice - we even had a chance to start watching a movie we rented over the weekend once Madison was down.

Well hope you have a great day and get that intense workout in. I'll check in later.

Good morning. I am having a hard time waking up here
My bed was so warm, I coul have slept the morning away. Been up for 30 minutes and still feel like I rolled out of bed. No workout for me this morning -- hoping this afternoon I can get a good workout in.

You are very brave to get out of bed and head to the gym. Very brave :)

Hi Nancy - sounds like a productive weekend for you - GREAT JOB! Ours was busy but also productive. I managed to get all my shopping done yesterday, just a few more tiny things to pick up but that is it. Now hoping to start wrapping this week when the kids are all in school. We will see how that goes. Eating & exercising has been ok - the past few days I did not make it to the grocery store to stock up but that is tomorrow's plan. Getting up for the gym in the am -- but boy is it going to be cold here! Means I'll have to warm up the car first.
Off to watch a movie -- talk to you tomorrow!

Hey there! Just checking in . Hope you are having a great weekend and very productive.

Just checking e-mail again and catching up on some posts. I was MIA yesterday, out and about in the stores getting some needed Christmas decor. Looking forward to getting it all arranged. Tree is up, garland on the stairs and a few pieces here and there. Just need to pull it all together. Plan is Christmas at my house :) So getting the good linen out and the festive colours ready. Looking forward to it.

Good good plans for continuing my solid exercise routine. Just have to tweak the eating although did really good yesterday with the exception of popcorn late last night. No worries -- no increase on the scale and I have already had my cheat meal on Friday night. So got to get through today -- food already planned and I am safe from sabotaging my weeks efforts.

Hi there -- I hear you about the busy day. We had a playdate this morning with someone Abby is in pre-school with. Then home did typical household duties around here, then we had a school function tonight. So overall busy but good.
Heading to bed early tonight - I'm pretty tired. Getting up and going to the gym in the am and a bunch of errands to do while Abby is at school. I cannot believe the holiday is so close - I feel so rushed to get stuff done!!!
I think your fruit flush sounds like a good plan. I have no protein powder - I really need to get me some!
How was your workout today? What is on your agenda for tomorrow?

Hello - How is your day going?
Been off and online trying to get stuff done around here and still keep Madison entertained. a little harder to do when we are indoors all day. We did put up the tree together so she was pretty excited about that.

How is your eating plan going? Still on your point system?

I am thinking my diet needs a little change up and I was thinking of doing the Fruit Flush Diet - well just day 1 for a couple of days. Unfortunately that would mean a run to the health store as I think I only have 2 serving of whey protein left. I am going through some craving lately and I think I need to do this to get it our of my system. I need to do a good fasting but hard to do with my daughter. Maybe the week after Christmas may be a good idea seeing as DH will be home as well. Might be a good time to give it an honest attempt.

Hey I am doing well -- been MIA because of internet problems. I was actually at my mom Sunday and Monday so I only logged in the early morning on Sunday to record my workout and Monday I went to the gym in Toronto but my sisters internet was done so I did not log in. Being away from the house for a couple of days I have been catching up on food preparation and laundry. You know how that goes :)

I read your article and it was fantastic. Sounds like a great real experience you are having and I liked it. I tried to download the video but it was taking a while to download so I will have to get back to it.

How in the world did that happen? You poor toe!!

I had a good weekend overall - it was pretty uneventful. But the eating with clean with the exception if my designed cheat meal. SO no weight gain this weekend which is a huge accomplishment.

On the agenda for the week is my Making the Cut program. Day 8 today and I got in my workout this morning in around 5. Eating will be clean - I want to carb deplete but I think I pretty much moderately carb depleted all week last week. So I think I will be adding at least 2 serving of rice to my meals. I'm also going to be following proper food combining this week and see if that helps me at all. It will help my digestion I know.

That is about it - the food combining should be a challenge. I am also going to try and do something I have not done in a long time -- top counting calories. With the food combining I think I need to gauge with how hungry I am versus looking at the calorie content. If I stick to clean eating I should be fine. Still going to log but not focus so much on the #. Hmmmmmm should be interesting.

Hello Nancy - how was your weekend? It was good here, but also bad at the same time. I ate like crap all weekend. But tomorrow is my start over! Going to carb deplete for 3 days to flush out this body! And I ended up breaking my pinkey toe so tomorrow's workout should prove to be interesting. I am focusing a lot on cardio this week to make sure my body is ready for my Turkey Trot race next week. Plus to also help shed the pounds. I have decided I want to lose 10 more pounds. I know I can do it and I want to do it! Going to take some strict focus on my part!

So I got all my dates mixed up. Today is a Santa Claus parade but it is in the next town over AND IT"S RAINING. Well it starts at 10:30am so we will see what happens.

The mall activities is not till next Sunday :( And I made a haircut appointment for this Sunday thinking I could kill 2 birds with one stone. Oh well. So my weekend is not as planned out as I thought it was going to be. Hmmmm if I am not going to eat a decorated gingerbread cookie, what am I going to have as a cheat snack? :)

It is raining, kind of dreary and I did not get up at 5am. But I did get downstairs around 9 and got a powerful workout. Now I remember why I loved MTC so much - kicks my butt every time.

Just got home from running around and was hoping to exercise now but my head is still pounding! I just took 2 more tylenol and I think going to lay on the couch. If I need to take today off that is ok, I'll just make it up tomorrow!

Good morning - Sorry the start of your day has been painful. I am sure as you get moving about it will go away.

I got up before my alarm as I set it a little later because my plan was to only do cardio and some abs, seeing as Day 3 on MTC is an off day. So I got in 40 minutes of cardio and abs :) Good sweaty workout - but I tried not to over do it because Day 4 & 5 on MTC will be a killer and with no rest day in between it will be tough to complete it.

That is about it so far this morning. I was so hungry I had my oats around 6:45 and I will just have to have my eggs separately later this morning. Playing it my ear today - probably get outside and go for some fresh air with Madison this morning and that about covers it :)

We just got back from a play date -- and will be heading out in a few to pick-up some crafty stuff for the week. Forecast predicts rain on Thursday and Friday so I want to get started on some crafty things for Christmas with Madison.

We will be making our Christmas cards this year. I also have to get some ideas for our Christmas picture that we send to family as well. Last year I had Madison by the Christmas tree with cookies and a tall glass of milk that was set out for Santa. Turned out really great. I'll be searching the net for some ideas. I'm open to any suggestions that you may have.

Hey Debi :) Been busy all morning an was up at 5am for my first day of Making the Cut - it was so tough but I got myself through it. It felt great and I was able to add an additional 37 minutes of cario with the circuit training routine. My body and mind needed something different and I think this is it. i am going to rock the next 30 days! :)

Nice job on your own workout. Good start to lifting legs on your first day back.

Kim looked absolutely georgeous, so defined and fit. I love her physique. Took her a lot of work to get there and she deserves the win and than some :)

We just came back from being outdoors. It is so cold!!!! We took a walk and where back in the house 45 minutes later defrosting. That was our outing for the day :) Now to do some warm activities indoors.

Good luck with the carb depleting.

Good morning -- how are you today? Good here; went to the gym and did 20 mins HIIT and my leg workout. Felt good. Had my oats for breakfast; the rest of the day is all protein & no more carbs! I can do this!
Kim looked GREAT! I'm so happy for her!
What is on your agenda for the rest of the day? Off to take the dog to the groomers and then a few errands. Then going to get my Xmas list ready so I can some shopping done online today. Have a great day!

Hey Debi :) Yes a good weekend. We did our family thing in Toronto and went to our scheduled presentation. Good stuff, but really not for us at the moment. Than down to TO for the day. Came home, rented a movie and got through about an hour of it before deciding to get to bed. I wanted to make sure I worked out today so I needed a good night of sleep. And workout I did this morning - biceps, triceps and abs. Along with 45 minutes of cardio.

After swimming we went out for lunch and I had a salad with some steamed vegetables. Had my protein shake before going into the restaurant. So I was all set :) Saw Madagascar 2 at 12:30 -- and we hit the mall at 3:30pm and I did some shopping. I had a 40% coupon from American eagle so I got myself 2 pairs of pants and some sweaters. Good deals -- so I figured, hey why not.

I was so good at the theaters too - I stuck to my SATURDAY ONLY CHEAT MEAL - had no popcorn, no candy and when DH got a coffee and a treat at Starbucks - I did not :) One weekend victory for me.

I will be carb depleting on my OFF days from Making the Cut which will be every 3rd day or so. I'll have to play that by year and see how my body responds. But I am sure you and will be carb depleting together frequently for the next month.

I am doing pretty good overall this weekend and I want to stay strong. I can see why you feel that extra burst of energy Debi -- Seeing Kim in competition mode can get a lady that way. :)

Hi Nancy - I hope you are having a great weekend. I'm starting the carb deplete again, except for my oats in the am. I can tell that I am holding onto water. It is not just food but also TOM and that I did not work out this past week. Tomorrow am back in it at the gym and I'm actually looking forward to it.
I have this new found motivation again - maybe it was seeing Kim's pictures and hearing her win!
Great job on committing to the 30 day program - let's do this Nancy! No questions!

Busy day -- Just got in about 30 minutes ago and Madison is down for the night. I had my cheat meal -- and I went for you guessed it Green Curry Chicken even though I said I wouldn't do it. But what is a cheat meal is you can not have something you LOVE!?!?

Hoping to get in a workout before Madison's swimming lesson. I have decided to start Jillian Michael's Making the Cut program on Monday. 30 days of completely following her plan. No questions asked -- I'll do my own clean eating menu -- but the works are all hers. :)

Looking forward to it - I think I need to change my workouts completely and 4 weeks of circuit training workout will be good for me. Cardio, strength training all rolled up into one :)

The flush was great day 1 and than day 2 I modified it a bit but by the end of the day it did not looks like the orgininal day 2 flush. So I scrapped it. :)

Weight is back down to where it was before the Halloween sugar rush and my eating is really good. No treats this week -- ALL WEEK and it's Friday. I am keeping my cheat meal for tomorrow. My sister is watching Madison while Paul and I attend some presentation/meeting and than we are taking her out or lunch. THAI :) But I am going to stay away from the Curry Chicken -- way to much fat. I am going to do something far lighter.

Not much on the agenda - but while cleaning out my pantry I saw I had a lot left over bran muffin mixes, some whole wheat batter and pancake batter. So I have been busy using that up today. My oven has been going since 6:30am and it all started with looking for recipes to get ride of my pumpkins. SO now I have a bunch of baked pumpkins along with some roasted pumpkin seeds. I made a huge patch of pancakes which I plan to freeze for the week -- I added a few scoop of protein to pump up the protein since I did not use milk and added an extra egg white. :)

Other than that -- not much but change the linen in my guest room for my sister tonight and vacuum upstairs. Than I will have the rest of the day to ourselves. Plan is to go to the park with Madison and just spend some time outdoors before the rain hits us this weekend.

Good morning Nancy! Oh boy TOM came and I'm feeling it today. But going to plan on working out later with Wii Fit -- just trying to take it easy today. By Monday I'll be ready to get back into my normal routine!

Just having a relaxing day with Abby -- no plans.

Good morning -- I should be downstairs working out, but even after I got dressed started warming up on the treadmill -- I though, my body is not into this. Changed out of my workout clothes and am now just sitting down to do some ready. Strange huh? But I am not going to beat myself up about it. Maybe later -- maybe not. OH well :)

Way to go on sticking to it Nancy! I know I have to stick to my counting points - that is the only true & tried way of me losing the weight! I CAN DO THIS AND I WILL DO THIS! I want to see the number back down to my lowest - 130! That means some serious planning and sticking to my points but it will all work out!

Hey - you do what you know is right for you. That is very important. I started Day 2 but running in and out of the house made me modify it way to much. But I have made excellent choices and I know my weight will be done in the low 102 before I know it. Just about 1 1/2 away ..... Now to stay true to my food plan.

Hey there. Nice you got to spend the extra day with the kids.

We took advantage of the nice day and where in and out of the house. Will probably do the same today. I was successful on the flush yesterday and it really showed on the scale, almost a 2 lbs drop. My energy levels where up which was great and I got in my workout this morning of legs and shoulders, along with 40 minutes of cardio. i could have keep going but Maddie woke up and it was already 6:30, so I figured I would save the energy for the day. Besides on the fruit flush today I'll need to conserve. :)

I'm going to do a moderation of it today. Had a protein shake first thing in the morning after my workout and see how the day progresses. Have some studying I want to do as well and still working on my case studies while I study. Finding some great information to add along with my research. I really want to complete this by the beginning of next year so I can work on my next goal.

I am fired up and really going to stick to my guns of no more chocolate. I will have the occasional cheat snack but I have to make an extra effort to stick to the 90% cocoa chocolate and leave my cheat meals to just that cheat MEALS. The slice of pizza, the thai food -- meals not mindless snacking. That will be a challenge but if I ever want to make my lifestyle choices stick I am going to have to stay clear of the treats that tempt me day and day out. I have become a chocolate addict. NO MORE!! Well that is my tidbit for the day.

Have a powerful workout and I know you will build up your speed to beat your own personal best!!! Good gettem' girl.

Hey Nancy - yesterday was a busy day due to my boys home again. But they are heading back to school today so I can reclaim my time! I have not worked out all week yet -- and I'm feeling ok with it all. I will do my biggest loser cardio dvd later today and the rest of the week going to run. Need to get my body back in the swing of things for the Turkey Trot race in a couple of weeks. I want to beat my time from last year!
Great job on your working out yesterday!
I found the fruit flush is putting me way over on points for WW. So I need to get back to counting points - that is truly what worked for me with the pounds. So I need to stick to counting my points and lose it. The candy is all gone so I'm not tempted there anymore!

OK - I think I am back in the groove :) After 3 days off from working out I am BACK :) I did back, chest and abs today and keep going with the cardio for 60 minutes total. Over 5K on the treamill and just over 7 miles on the bike, burning over 600 calories.

I need that after the weekend I had.

OK having my whey protein shake. Good luck today with the flush.
