I went yesterday to my Weight Watchers meeting and the topic was excellent.
From now till January 1st, when you're so busy (and may be stressed because you're so busy), WHAT DO YOU WANT TO DO FOR YOURSELF?
WHAT MAKES YOU HAPPY?
NOT what you HAVE to do, but what you WANT to do.
If you take care of YOU, you'll manage your weight much better during the holidays (and avoid the Holidays gains).
Do you want to sit and relax and read a book? DO IT!
Do you want to go with your friends for lunch and relax? DO IT!
Make a list of what you WANT to do and MAKE TIME FOR YOU!
