For those of you who count calories, ONE POINT (Weight Watchers) on the average is 50-60 calories, but can be as high as 120 calories if the fat grams are high and the fiber has 0 grams.
6 cubes of cheese = 3 points
4 crackers = 2 points
Turkey, 3 oz. = 3 points
Gravy, 1/4 cup = 2 points
Stuffing, 1/2 cup = 4 points
Mashed potatoes with butter, 1/2 cup = 2 points
1 roll - 3 points
1 bisquit = 8 points
Butter, 1 tsp. = 1 point
Salad - 0 points
Dressing for salad, 2 TBS. = 4 points
Cranberry sauce, 1/4 cup = 2 points
Sweet potato casserole, 1 cup - 8 points
Corn with butter, 2/3 cup = 2 points
Pumpkin pie, 1/8 slice = 9 points (pumpkin pie, 1/8 slice without the crust = 5 points)
Apple pie, 1/8 slice = 9 points
Birthday cake celebrations = 12 points
Wine, 4 oz. = 4 points
Ice-Cream, 1/2 cup, premium = 7 points
Whole wheat pasta = 3 points
Vegie tray = 0 points
2 TBS. dressing = 4 points
Fresh fruit, 1 cup = 1 point
Green beans, 1 cup = 1 point
