I intentional exercise is riding my stationary bike and walking around city I live in. I also try to get some cleaning to the music time in daily.

Great job OMAOF! I have kept my promise and I am walking 1.5 miles in 30 minutes every day except Sunday. I lost the 3 lbs I gained over the Thanksgiving holiday. I pray I won't do that again at Christmas time.

I Have a desk job, and work on the 3rd floor of our building. i have a water bottle at my desk, so I walk down the stairs to get ice and water, then walk back up the stairs. I try to do this 3 times during the day. To get to and from work. I walk from my apt to the bus stop which is 2 blocks from home, then I take the bus to the train and then the train to my next but, have to walk 2 blocks to catch the next bus. then I take bus to my stop by work and walk abt2 blocks to my building. then reverse in the evening. My work also pays for me to have 1 1/2 hours of paid exercise time. Usually take 30 min walk during lunch 3 times a day.

I like to walk with Leslie Sansone Walk Away the Pounds. I am starting tomorrow to walk at least 1 mile a day except for Sundays. It is almost like dancing which I love to do too.

great plan when i used to work in a nursing home as a nurse one my dinner break i would walk around the halls. iworked the graveyard shift but it got my exercise in

Fairly recently I switched job functions. Previously I worked in a lab and spent a majority of the day on my feet walking from instrument to instrument. Now I sit behind a desk most of the day. I've found just getting up a few times per day and walking helps with my alertness and energy levels. Luckily the facility I work in has an indoor "spine" connecting all of our buildings that is almost exactly 1/4 mile long. If I walk that from one end to the other and back 3 times per day that is an extra 1.5 miles that I wouldn't have ordinarily walked.

what is your favorite thing to do to keep moving. cleaning? dancing, walking,running, hiking? mine is dancing and seeing how you need to stick to an exercize plan you need to find something you will do and keep doing.. what s your favorite way to keep moving?
