Hey Flutter-by. I haven't come across a post from you for a while. I'm glad you're still plugging along. I'm plugging along, too. I've found that I do better if I change my focus often. count calories burned for a while and then focus on exercise minutes, then miles traveled. I think I have a short attention span.

I have been plugging away. My weight loss is slow and I make lots of excuses why it is so. But, I guess the important thing is that I am still on the path. Lets keep going. Don't forget to ask the Lord for help and then do your best.

A dear friend wrote me. i meet her on line under sparks. she is lds and so sweet and kind. i have not done well at being a leader the last two months nor eating right nor exercising i have lost my motivation. but i have more now my neice is getting married next aug and of course the big 50 will be in nov or what i like to say i will be having an AARP party. what do you all do to stay motivated to live the word of wisdom and to take car eof yourself? lets put our heads together and work together to do better any idead would be great just me ginger
