Halloween is over, and Thanksgiving is 3 weeks away. The holidays have started. My younger cousin was working on her weight a couple years ago. She brought a Subway sandwich meal to Thanksgiving. As the rest of us were diving into the high calorie, decadent foods of the day, she was enjoying her low calorie meal. I thought this was a great idea, but I'm not sure I'd have the willpower to pull it off.
