Kaizen, Japanese for "continuous improvement" or "change for the better," refers to philosophy or practices that focus upon continuous improvement of processes. Kaizen is a daily process of making changes and monitoring results, then adjusting as needed.
My Maltipoos gain weight very easily. I give them 1/3 cup dry, 1/3 cup fresh cooked green beans and about 2 tablespoons of canned punpkin twice a day. That takes them just as long to eat that as the other dogs, so they don't seem to act cheated by eating less.

Just an idea for Spark, but I thought a great sub-category for them to add would be a tracker for the pets. I've focused on myself for the last six months, but neglected to take care and oversee that weight of my dogs.
Well, now she is about 8 lbs overweight (she should be about 70 lb), and I have not given her the exercise she needs (post surgery- TPLO).
I've added her needs to my 'other goals', but am hoping that Spark comes up with an add-on for the pets.
