Kaizen, Japanese for "continuous improvement" or "change for the better," refers to philosophy or practices that focus upon continuous improvement of processes. Kaizen is a daily process of making changes and monitoring results, then adjusting as needed.
Had to share this...She was just brushed and now the finishing touches...she is keeping her eye on me as I video her..she loves to be photographed :) this is my "niece" Madam. My nephew actually rescued her from a trash dumpster in Florida then when he couldn't keep her anymore my sister took her in. She is one of the sweetest babies ever..she is Rotty and Blue Tick Hound mixed (as best as they could tell..def see the Rotty in her, no doubt!) I used to keep her quite often and we got very close, honestly I would have brought her to OZ with me if I could have, but it would have been way too traumatic for her.
