The problem is that the vets all think it is safe, so when you ask them they will tell you that it is safe. Kind of like they did with Quest wormer for horses. "Safe for all horses" but it was NOT safe for pregnant mares.
Scary stuff! The Drug Manufacturers are fine with letting people think that it is safe...just because there are no negatives... because it was not tested on dogs who are already positive! Re-confirms that you have to ask a lot of question, do a lot of research when considering ANY vaccine.
Thanks for sharing this important info.

"The world is one country and mankind its citizens" one of the many truths spoken by Baha'u'llah and "Love is the light that guideth in darkness, the living link that uniteth God with man, that assureth the progress of every illumined soul."
I just read a rather disturbing report on this vaccine. People are always told that it is safe to use on Lyme positive dogs and they should vaccinate all dogs, positive or not. This person lost her dog after he had the disease and talked to the people from the manufacturing company and got information on their testing. She said that the representative of the company told her that the vaccine was NEVER tested on positive dogs, so they cannot say it is safe. Since they didn't have the tests that showed problems, they didn't consider it to be unsafe.
I just thought I'd pass the information along, so you can check it out before you get something like that and make sure you feel it is safe.
