Year ago we sold herbal life and found it no different than any other "nutrient". Then came Xango which is a very expensive concentrated fruit drink my brother swore upon. Didn't help. Now there is another drink that is out there that is the greatest!! I think they are more hype and little truth. Healthy eating and proper nutrients are the way to go. They are just looking for your money. (My personal opinion!)

Slow & steady makes a winner of us. Even if we hit pitfalls, get up. Know that a new day is right around the corner.
Try to be all that you can be. Work at it a day at a time.

I know a few people that have tried it and weight came off and as soon as they stopped...they put it ALL back on and MORE! I have been taught.....Eat right and may take longer, but it works and is DEF a lifestyle change!

I'm skeptical of products that make unrealistic claims. It's probably a better idea to devote that time and money to tracking calories and choosing fresh foods/whole grains.

One of my aunts used it and was badgering everybody in the family as she was selling it too. Turned out that sadly her significant weightloss was due to cancer which was diagnosed late as she credited Herbalife. I don't think it gave her cancer, only that she didn't recognize the warning signs until it was too late.

Their advertising makes me think scam - all they want is your money.

It may seem difficult at first, but everything is difficult at first.
