I haven't walked in a while, intentionally, but when on vacation, I think I wore a path on the boardwalk! Does fighting waves and swimming count? I'm afraid to get on the scale. I worked so hard on my eating and calories prior to leaving and I managed to gain 1.1 pounds two days in a row before vacation! I'm back on track today though. I'll take my walk later, maybe do some ab work too. I'm on the road again on Friday for 9 days so I can't get lazy now! Wish me luck!
