Update : I just did my second degree yellow belt and most weeks I go twice a day 3 times a week and swimming on the off days. I have had it with my excuses and I will get this weight off. So you all keep up the good work. emoticon

2nd dan test Dec 3! I'm almost 4 years out from my 1st dan test, but I missed two prior opportunities to test because of injuries. I do NOT want to miss it this time, and I want to be the best I can be, which does not include all this extra weight! I know there's a limited amount I can do in such a short time, but I'm gonna do the best I can.

Good luck!! I am hoping to test for second dan in december or next april...I do hope there will be more to keep you and all of us motivated for more than the next few weeks!! emoticon

I am preparing for my 2nd degree test on 10/22. So that will keep me pretty motivated for the next few weeks.

Good question. I guess it helps to got my yellow belt. My motto is just keep going. Consistency will win. I am going to take my time. Sometimes that is really hard because I am not a really patient person but we should always work on our weaknesses.
