Happy Friday afternoon! I started my day with my coffee with friends. I only had my granddaughter with me as her brother had to make a trip downtown for an EEG to check on his epilepsy. The cafe owner allowed my gd to pick a channel for the tv and then gave her the remote. After that was my water aerobics during which my right hip kept trying to go out-hate that. I was still feeling really stiff after my massage yesterday but felt a lot better after moving in the pool. I had a nice healthy lunch and have a good dinner planned for this evening. I'm really hoping that the diagnosis of copd will get my husband changing directions on his eating.
Yes, BIRDLSLAURIE, workouts of various kinds do make you feel better. My dancing does that for me always. Unfortunately, it is not a dance day today, but I will be working on a video now that I'm home. This morning I took Joanie to the doctor for some cortisone shots in her knees. (I was a little concerned about her driving after getting the shots.) All in all, a fairly relaxed day.

I finally mowed the yard between showers yesterday. It is cloudy and cool here this morning so went out for a walk early. I am ready to see a little sunshine. Oh well, I'll get in a good workout and that usually makes me feel better! TGIF!
Good morning everyone,happy Friday everyone,the weekend is coming when I can stay home all day to do some house work and continue packing, yesterday this idea come to me so I told my hubby instead of go to the mall why don't we get some Towel go down to the beach and lay on the chairs and he said yes, we went down after having lunch about 1 pm, and I only lay down for 30 minutes, I walk on the beach for 2,5 hours,lucky the Sun was not hot it was cloudy but no rain, so that is what we are going to do as from now on until they finish working,so I am leaving my Morning walk until later,hope you all have a great day and a wonderful weekend.
