The title of this thread is a book I read recently. I'll have to look up the author's name. I'll come back and add it when I do.
Anyway, I really, really like this book. It talked about habits and they do and don't form. It talked about motivation and willpower and why they sometimes aren't enough. It talked about triggers and how they can work against you or how you can use them in your favor. It's both inspiring and very practical.
I've already started applying some things, and I'm excited again for the first time in a long time. One day at a time and everything, but I can see this being incredibly helpful in my own journey.
Maria Brilaki is the author. Amazon has it. I read it on Kindle; I don't know if there's a paperback version or not.
