Dramatically reducing sodium, and staying well hydrated. (Prevents/reduces the attacks.)
I don't know if it directly impacts my migraines, except that it reduces my sinus headaches that trigger my migraines. For many years I had no idea that being dehydrated was one of the main cuplrits (even as I recognized low blood sugar as being another, I didn't link not eating to not drinking).
