Getting back on track...having been to my doc what seems like 100 times in the past 2 months... my doc has encouraged & motivated me to hang in there. Even with all my crazy reactions to new meds & tests, I lost 3lbs & I found a lunchtime walking buddy which helps get me out a couple of days a week.

It is possible to begin again. It is hard, and we never do it perfectly, but it can be done.

What motivates me is knowing that I want to be here for my grand daughters and be active with them; if they play soccer, then so will I!
