Hmmm, my boobs - they've gotten bigger with my weight loss reversal. Time to get my act together again methinks lol....

The fourth glass of wine is always a good idea before you do it and a really bad idea afterward! ;-)

It is far easier to MAKE time to exercise than it is to FIND time to exercise. You want results???? MAKE it happen.

When I was working out yesterday, I was pleased that my arms are starting to get a little definition in them. When I was looking in the mirror yesterday, I was also pleased at my general silhouette on my lower half. Granted, there are still quite a few more lumps than I would like, but I do like the general curviness of my legs.
