Hey all. I'm looking to fix the problem of loose skin, with preventative methods and ways to fix it once it occurs. With the amount of weight I'm losing, it's almost guaranteed to be a problem. I can't slow my pace down because I'm on a time table, or I'd follow that advice as well.
So here's what I'm doing right now to prevent it:
Constant strength/resistance training to build new muscle for it to adhere to.
Cocoa butter/shea butter lotion daily.
Vitamin E&A for skin health
Anyone know some other stuff I could do to prevent loose skin? Or anything that can help once I'm down to my goal weight and it's already there?
