Actually, it wasn't quite enough. Or maybe it was too much and I just wasn't focused enough to work in everything. I know there were a few times I lost track of how many times something happened. Either way, I don't think it's a good idea for a regular exercise routine. I welcome anyone else to try it and let me know what they think.

I'm on Pinterest (such a lovely website) and I have an entire board committed to the Doctor. A couple of my posts are of a workout that you do while watching Doctor Who. Every time a specific event happens, you do a certain move for so many reps. I'm going to try it. I hope it goes okay.
