It can be frustrating when the older Doctors are forgotten altogether. Eleven is current, so I understand him being the focus, and Ten was very popular... but it would be nice if folks would stop forgetting Nine existed given that I am still madly in love with him - not to mention the 8 Doctors that came before them!

I was so happy with The Destinations of Doctor Who and The Timey-Wimey of DW. They finally acknowledged 9 and 10. The Monsters and Companions shows only focused on DW11. I just hate that Moffat and others involved seem to forget the other doctors. I'd even love it if they'd include tidbits from the original series. That's what I've always like about DW--the feeling of continuity (which we don't get with DW11).

Can't wait to see new season. Can't wait for Amy to be gone. Will miss Rory. Not sure I'll like the new companion any better. Are they raiding Tween modeling agencies for the new companions? LOL

"The Timey-Wimey of Dr Who" makes me laugh!

I'm interested to watch, to see how much they do with the "old" Doctors. I started with #4, and have been watching ever since.

I have the shows from last weekend DVRd and waiting for my next day off. Marathon viewing with my little one and my husband. (Not terribly active, I know. I promise to go hiking first.) I'm particularly excited about "The Monsters of" installment. I may not always be happy with recent attempts to appeal to a broader American audience, but I'm willing to reap the benefits.

There are some specials going on.

I missed last weekends "The Science of Dr Who" but it is showing this weekend (11th) on BBCAmerica after the another new special "The Women of Dr Who"

On the 18th, they are showing another special "The Timey-Wimey of Dr Who"

I know what my daughter and I will be doing the next couple of Saturday nights.

These might be old, but they are new to me.

Matt
