Love, love, love. And points to you for being an awesome parent and sharing an interest with you wee one.
My baby girl (OK. So she's 16.) made incredibly detailed Who-themed gingerbread cookies. (It's amazing how emo all the new series docs look without faces.) Down to DT's glasses. I was really excited to go home from work and munch them, but she glazed them and turned them into holiday ornaments instead. I can't decide if I'm devastated or proud as heck. Ah, kids.
Very cool! Gives us hope for the future!

I love it! Great kid!
I had a student aide this year who also loves Dr. Who. As a thank you for all of her help, I bought her the David Tennant specials, and in her card (some movie tickets), but I also wrote:
Fezes are red,
the TARDIS is blue,
Bow ties are cool,
and so are YOU!
She loved it! Thank goodness for sweet and geeky teens!

Arizona MST (This means in the fall we're on MST and in the Spring we're on PST because we don't change our clocks here.)
Today is her 13th birthday and she absolutely loved her Doctor Who t-shirts and fez. We got her the Wibbly Wobbly Timey Wimey shirt and of course the Bow Ties are Cool one as well. I told her about the Weeping Angels ones, and she thanked me for not getting her one of those...they still freak her out.
Makes a geeky papa proud.....
