Simply to live binge free and eat normally. And to find an emotional and physical substitute for a binge. I'm thinking that doing an outdoor activity with my husband would be a great sub.

mine is to continue to tweek my action plan. it is the best tool that oa has come up with. i am now making one each night for the following day. big push for me will be to cook and include veggies. hate them.
