So Halloween was last week, and I did have a pretty good amount of candy then, but I hadn't had a single piece for the rest of the week, and honestly my daughter doesn't need it either so maybe I should have just thrown it away! But anyways, I'll have to journal more on Holiday regulations
Today I had three things of candy, some milk duds, reeses cup, and skittles. And you know, I even decided to go ahead and plan some candy in for next week, I don't really know why all of a sudden I binged on it!
I guess it was because I was making a pumpkin pie, and we had a movie night and I had a lot of very buttery popcorn.
I guess I figured I was already going off my eating plan, why not just continue, I'll start again in the morning! Plus I've seen a few places that it's okay to have one day where you can eat whatever... and for me personally that doesn't work!!! Because I'm changing my lifestyle and trying to have everyday be God honoring...
So anyway I just really wanted to share that! I usually just blow it off and try and start again the next day but I usually just keep the ball rolling on eating out of control, so I'm going to open up and stop the insanity and stop the ball now before I wake up in the morning!
