Hello, I'm Bill, 63, living in China. I sleep with a ResMed CPAP machine. Lately I wake several times a night to use the restroom and have trouble going back to sleep. I'm trying several things to see if I can improve my situation like no caffeine or a large meal before bed. Even less computer and/or TV watching. I've lost about 25 pounds, from 260 in about 2 months. I thought diet and exercise would improve my sleep, but it hasn't. I find I don't feel real energetic when I awake in the morning. Even a short nap in the afternoon doesn't do much to help. Any suggestions? Thanks.
