I recently bought a stationary bike, and soon after my feet began giving me such pain. I see a doctor for it Monday. Maybe he will say go ahead and use it. I was afraid it may have made my feet worse. We'll see, come Monday..

i'm getting an exerciser tread mill next week. we have been saving so we can get it. i'm so happy that we will finally have something that i can work out on for a change. the next thing is the stationary bike which, i ordered from sparks. it should be here sometime in the following year around march or so.
