Hi everyone I have been seeing a podiatrist in Green Bay for mine and mine has been horrible, I have been through physical therapy with no relief. I had a 4th cortisone shot and it didn't work. Now he is trying a surgical boot and cork in my shoe to help with my left foot. I walk with a cane in the house since it's so bad.

PINSKY1 - You gave us a wealth of information. Thank you. That foot roller sounds amazing. I'm going to have to check out Amazon and see about picking me up one.

Thanks for the tip, but unfortunately, I've already lost my marbles... I'll be on the lookout for some though, maybe Walgreens toy section has them.

I just bought a foot roller ball off Amazon for ~ $6, it is golfball size, green, with nubs. Trying it out right now for first time. I tried a golf ball and it was so slippery it rolled around too much, but this little green ball, ouch! I can really pin it down and get a good massage. I have a section of pool noodle that I need to try on my calves. I was just reading about heel spurs being blamed, often, because they show up on xrays (20% of people have them, and they aren't necessarily related to pain) anyway, addressing them is not so helpful.

Re my Sugar Addiction (and like many addicts, I have to spout off zealously, lol, so I'm also posting this paragraph on my BLC23 team just in case it might help someone else recognize/defeat a sugar addiction, cause mine sure has made me fat and I'm DONE with it!)
**I fell off my "NO sugar" diet last night at my husband's birthday party, just had a LITTLE bit (about one ounce) of cake, and 2 oz of ice cream and even though the calories weren't killer, I felt so sick. And then I ate cheese trying to stabilize my blood sugar levels, so it was like old times. Tons of fat, sugar, calories, and out of control. :( really blew my diet. First time deliberately eating sugar since Aug 18th when I quit it and started my low fat, log food, exercise program. Up to that point in my life I had been constantly in some state of sugar cravings, and often nightly binge eating. Without sugar 100%, and on 15-20% fat max, walking daily, I was feeling incredibly calm and not food obsessed. It was a miracle! Now I have to go through the 5-6 days (my experience of how long it takes to quit craving it) of withdrawal again to get off this horrible drug(sugar IS a very addictive drug, don't underestimate it!) so I can eat logically, sanely, without having constant cravings day and night. Today= It's a nice day to START AGAIN! I would recommend to everyone trying to lose weight to quit sugar. Eat fruit instead.

I'm very heavy and my feet take a huge pounding, just walking. They are my "weak link" on exercising off the weight, even though what I need to stay on track is to keep walking! Runner's feet also take a pounding, so I think this article is relevant. Is there anything they missed besides picking up marbles? That does sound like fun. ;)

Five Do-It-Yourself Remedies For Plantar Fasciitis
By Sabrina Grotewold
Published Mar. 19, 2013
The right kind of self treatment can help you knock out Plantar Fasciitis, a common and annoying injury.
Experiencing persistent pain and stiffness in the bottom of the heel or foot? The cause of this either sharp or dull discomfort could be plantar fasciitis, inflammation of the thick tissue, or fascia, that runs along the bottom of the foot. Common among distance runners with chronically tight hamstrings, back, calves and Achilles tendons, or those who run in shoes without proper arch support, the condition may also be caused by a muscular imbalance in the hips or pelvis. This imbalance can cause slight compensations in the stride that place more stress on one leg than the other, according to San Diego-based running coach Jon Clemens, who has a master’s degree in exercise physiology. While correcting the imbalance permanently requires a strength program that focuses on balance, calf- and pelvis-strengthening drills, said Clemens, treatment to temporarily relieve the inflammation can be performed easily at home.
In addition to stopping or reducing running, Clemens recommends completing this daily regime until the pain subsides.
1. Stretch the fascia. Prop your toes up against a wall, keeping your arch and heel flat so the toes stretch. Hold for a count of 10. Repeat 10 times three or four times per day.
2. Roll a frozen water bottle under the arch. “Stretch first then roll out the arch for 10 minutes; you don’t want to stretch the tendon when it’s ice cold,” Clemens said.
3. Freeze a golf ball and massage the fascia. Roll the frozen golf ball under the foot, starting from the front and working your way back. Put good pressure on each spot—the medial, center and lateral positions—for 15 seconds before moving to the next area. Then, roll the ball back and forth over the entire foot.
4. Foam roll all muscles on the body above the plantar. “Even tight shoulders can cause the condition, as your arm swing can throw off proper hip alignment and footstrike,” Clemens said.
5. Bump your arch. “Get a commercial insole with an arch bump to push on the plantar and keep it from flexing—it doesn’t matter if you’re an under or overpronator; the plantar needs to be supported and strengthened,” Clemens advised. “Wear the support in all shoes, if possible.”

PINSKY1 - try picking up marbles and putting them in a bowl. It will help stretch out the foot.

My feet are a little better, I'm trying to stretch before getting out of bed. After 5k and stiffening up, not so good. Might try epsom salt soak and golf ball or other roller

Got my first pair of Orthaheels yesterday..black sandals. So far so good. The PF pain has been lessening as I wear the brace at night and the custom insoles in all my shoes...so I'm optimistic!

I've still been having a rough time of it, but have managed to stay within my calorie range. I feel good about that. I'm trying really hard to watch my portion sizes and make wise choices in what I eat. I still make mistakes and eat the wrong thing every now and then, but I try to compensate with eating something healthy afterwards. It's been a challenge.

I just weighed myself today and gained 3 pounds. Not what I wanted to see this morning. For the last two weeks I have had weight gains. I'm going in the wrong direction. I really have to do something so that I don't see another weight gain. I know part of my problem is that I have been eating over my calorie limit and my portions have been a little larger than they should be. So I need to reduce my portions and concentrate on staying within my calorie limit.

I am pretty new to the team and my PF is flaring in a bad way. I was in the hospital for five days and the constant rest with no walking around did not do good things for my feetsies! So I am doing the frozen water bottle and rolling my feet over that, scrunching up the towels, what other fascinating things should I be doing?

I was training for a couch to 5k and now that is off (my race was Sep 21, I am crushed) and that was how I developed the PF. I haven't figured out the landing more on the ball of my foot yet. I hit full force on my heels which I know is bad bad bad.

Hope all is well with everyone

Haven't participated much on the board or thread, although I have read lots of posts and am grateful for all the tips I've found here.

I feel like my foot is getting better. I ordered one of the brace-type boot things and have been wearing it faithfully every night. No problem at all with the comfort...fortunately, I'm not one to toss in my sleep! Part of the improvement is that it is also cooler and my feet aren't swelling during the course of the day like they were. And I've also been wearing my orthotic inserts every day. Still need to get the new ones made and hope to do that this week. Lots of stretching, rolling my arch over a frozen water bottle, etc, etc.

Now, just need to get the weight down because I know that will help, too!

Happy Labor Day weekend!

Blessings, Michelle

I haven't been doing so good. I've been eating over my calorie range and I have had a sweet tooth really bad that I can't shake. I have given in to this sweet tooth and have been eating a lot of ice cream and candy. It wouldn't be bad if I just ate the ice cream, but I'm eating the ice cream and the candy in one day at one sitting. Right now I haven't gained or lost any weight, but that isn't going to last forever. I really need to change this destructive behavior. I feel like I'm falling apart.

I went on a picnic yesterday and did really poorly staying within my calorie range. I went over my calories by about 300 calories. I was not happy when I recorded what I ate, which I was trying to be very careful on what I was eating and how much I was eating. I must have been eating more than I thought because I sure packed in the calories. I have another picnic tomorrow and I hope I do better there.

Hi Barbie - You will have to let me know how those wooden rollers work out after your husband makes them for you. Glad the new stretches are working for you. It's always nice to have some exercise work instead of having to go to the doctor. Hope everything continues to work out for you.

Have a fantastic Thursday everyone!

Hello TURTLE69 : )

Yeah I know if I could get this weight off it would help me a great deal as well , unfortunately the weight is sticking if me . Hope to change that soon and get rid of some , would love to be in Onelander the end of this year .

I started doing calf stretch and calf raises today along with rolling my ice bottle plus seen on web site where you cross your leg and hold onto your heel and pull back your big toe for 30 seconds and you are to do that 3 times . Plus a found this website with a pattern to make a set of those wooden roller foot massagers , so hubby is going to make me and him a set . It has 4 wooden nubby roller on each side for each foot , and you roll them with your feet back and forth .

I wear Skechers D'Lites plus I put a Dr Schroll custom orthotic in them , I have a coupe old set of New Balance that I wear with some Spenco insert when I am able to work in my garden .

I tell ya these last 2 months though have been terrible :(
Can not wait until they ease up and heal some .

Have a Good Night , talk to you soon : )

HI Barbie - I do my exercises, which consist of various stretching exercises, rolling a golf ball on my heel, and picking up marbles with my toes. I also wear New Balance shoes that have a high number because the higher the number the better the arch support. Mine is in the 1000. I have New Balance arch supports that I use too. My doctor has recommended that I change my shoes out every six months so I do that too. Since I've been doing that and have taken off some weight my plantar fasciitis isn't as bad as it was.

The food tracker really can be a wakeup call. Yesterday I threw caution to the wind when I went out for supper with frieds and ended up way over my calorie count! But, today is a new day and it will get better!

Friday is finally here. I've done really well staying within my calories. Haven't done much as far as exercising goes. I've done just the exercises that the physical therapist gave me for my back. Not really a lot but it is something. It really isn't helping my back either.

Glad your back tracking Teresa. It's good to keep track of what your eating and doing. My back is about the same. I'm done with physical therapy for now. I have to go back to the doctor to see where we go from here. Physical therapy really didn't help my back out. I'm still doing my back exercises though.

Glad to hear from you and that the switch in your boots is giving you less pain Jacebel.

I wasn't keeping track of my eating until now and I thought I had gone over my calories, but I stayed within them. Yeah!

I switched my steel tip boots for a lighter one and it really helped me a lot. Less pain. More strenght in my strides. Feeling good

Physical therapy went fine yesterday. However, I always seem to hurt more when I leave there. I know the exercises are supposed to make my back feel better but they don't. I'm still in a lot of pain and discomfort.

Teresa - sounds like you've been quite productive. Glad you've been getting your bike rides in. I've just been doing my back exercises. I go to physical therapy tomorrow and I haven't really improved any with my back exercises.

My Saturday plans are to finish sewing a quilt I made for a baby shower. It's a "rag quilt" so they go together pretty quickly. Today promises to be lovely outside and there will be a bike ride squeezed in as well. I really wish my PF would heal up because I enjoy the walking so much. I am thankful to have the bike, which helps me get outside and does not make the PF worse. I hope everyone has a productive, or lazy, Saturday...which ever kind you prefer!

Nothing new here, really either. I did get in a bike ride, my first one since Saturday. The time change is going to help...HEAPS! I am looking forward to the weekend. Next week I have 3.5 days of school and then I'll be off for spring break! That's the goal I have my eye on! My break will be busy, but I plan on a trip south for a few days to visit my brother and sister and hit the beach in Bradenton. My Serotonin levels should be quite fine after that!

Hello right back to all you. Not much new going on for me. I've been doing back exercises to work on my back problem. That seems to be going slowly. Haven't really been doing much of anything else, but a little walk. It's quite stressful since my back is bothering me so much. I'm doing the best I can though.

I'm just getting home tonight...still after dark even with the time change....so no bike ride for me, tonight! However, I did find time to work in a delicious Delmonico steak. emoticon

My husband brought those steaks home about 3 days ago and I told him I wasn't going to eat one... and that he could have both of 'em. ($14.00 for two steaks) But I was SO starving when I got home, I grabbed that package, as quick as a wink, I broiled those puppies up! (ignoring the package of fresh chicken breast directly under the steaks). I had broccoli and fruit salad with the steak. I'm sure it was a ton of calories....I haven't tracked it yet... It sure tasted good, though!

On the bright side....I lost 3 lbs since last Monday...and am down 17lbs total. I am at 229 lbs! My next big deal will be either seeing a ONE in the tens place.... the "teens" OR fitting back into an old pair of pants.

I probably won't be on much tomorrow...we have a spaghetti dinner at school and I will be home very late!

Have a great night!

Teresa - have you been getting in your bike rides? The weather here has been rainy and then it is supposed to snow again. However, they say it won't stick. I did some strengthening exercises today for my back. I'm kind of sore now from it though. I need to take them slow so I don't over do it and make my back worse.

Hi Vanessa, and 50-2013! I am in my calssroom as usual on Sunday afternoons...I shnould be finishing up lesson plans but I am here on SP, instead of plugging on thorugh my work. Though I won't like getting up ealier this week (daylight savings) I WILL like having more light at the END of the day. Hopefully I can squeeze in some extra bike rides! Have a grand week, friends!

50-2013... your name is kind of like "C3-PO" from Star Wars... Give us a nick name at least! IDK why but numbers just don't seem like a name!

LOL.... Vanessa you can get serotonin in others ways, too. Eat mushrooms! Maybe a BIG MUSHROOM CHEESE pizza? Naw! You'd better just sit in a sunbeam! I'll let you know if the sunshine helps me out. Getting rid of stress is tough!

I rode my bike with my 82 year old neighbor, today. That woman is amazing. She asked me to ride along with her in case she had any trouble. It was a regular bicycle... no three -wheeler for her! I only hope I am "young enough" to be working and riding bikes at the age of 82!! Crazy!

I heard of sunlight increasing your Vitamin D but I never knew about your serotonin. Thanks for the information Teresa. That was worth knowing. I live up north and we get a lot of seasonal weather. We haven't had as much snow as we usually get, but the season isn't over yet. So I'm not out in the sun that much because it is cold here. When it warms up, I'll have to try and get out more to be in the sun.

Hi Vanessa! Hi Audrey! How are you guys?

I got in a bike ride tonight...5.5 miles! emoticon I never FEEL like doing it but am always glad I did.

Daylight savings time changes this weekend, i think.... so there will be more daylight when I get home from work each night...maybe I can get in some more exercise.

Audrey, as a side note, I have been looking up serotonin...it came up in a study group I go to on Wed nights......sunlight is a source of serotonin, and serotonin is calming and helps your mood and happiness.... I know I need MORE! In what I have read..it says that stress DEPLETES serotonin...and when you don't have it...your body "reaches" for adrenaline! (thus one can be a bit..shall we say... "grouchy?") Oh, boy! I sat in the sunlight to eat my lunch this week! I'm only saying all this because I really felt for you and being inside during the winter. I have sunny warm days here in FL, but probably need more "outdoor" time to help my serotonin levels! Lord knows, I have a lot of stress! (LOL...However, I think my body reaches for FOOD, not adrenaline when me serotonin is low!)

Here's to a great weekend! It's almost here!

I got in a bike ride last night and today. With the PF, walking is just no good...not for a while anyway. I've done well at staying in calorie range for the past week... I haven't weighed in two weeks...but will on Monday "officially." I DID peek at the scale in the office at work..and I was down a couple of pounds.... We shall see on Monday morning!

I bought a pair of STRUTZ, an "As Seen on TV" product, for achy feet. They're OK, I am wearing them now, in my bare-feet around the house. However, I like the arch supports I got online better. The brand is PRO-TECH. They strap round your foot and make a pretty big difference. The Pro-tech brand works well while wearing shoes...the Strutz seem a little bulky with shoes on.

I hope every one is doing well!

Oddie? How are you??? I'm thinking of you!

Thanks Vanessa! I'm glad to have less pain! We shall see! We shall see!

Audrey, I am a now a Florida girl, but I lived in TN in 1996, and grew up in Indiana as a girl, so I know how grey and overwhelming winter can be. That year in TN, I swear I baked my "weigh" (pun intended) through the WHOLE winter! Cake, brownies, bagels (now THAT was interesting), homemade bread, you name it...I baked it! Heck I ate it, too! I was isolated and inside for months during the cold and the baking was both entertainment and comfort. Winter is TOUGH and I am glad to live in the Sunshine State! But, hang tough! Spring is just around the corner!

Goals, dearest! Small goals! I promise.... it'll get you going in the right direction!

Teresa - glad to hear from you. Glad you got your arch supports and you had a pain free day wearing flats. Hopefully, you are going down the right track where you will progress with less pain in your feet. Good luck with your weigh in next week.

Audrey - I'm sorry you have no will power. I know what that is like. Sometimes you need to look towards others for support when that happens. We are here for you. I know it is a long, hard road to travel, but you don't have to travel it by yourself. We are here to help you along to give you that extra push when you need it. Sometimes it just helps to talk with someone. Don't push yourself with big goals. Start with something small like eating three vegetables a day. Stay with that until you accomplish that goal and reward yourself for it. Get a manicure for accomplishing it. Little things like that help you stay focused and motivated. Anything I can do to help you, please let me know. emoticon

I feel like I have nothing left. I have no will power & can't say no for some reason. This winter has really got me down. My plantar fasciitis isn't helping me feel any better. I work out with the wii but my weigh in has been the same for the last 3 weeks. Well going to go for now.

Audrey, I struggle with motivation, too. Vanessa's advice nailed it...PERFECTLY...set some manageable goals, and shoot for 7 days of meeting them! Being successful , will help you achieve the next 7 day goal, etc. I kind of got myself going again by trying that technique. It's working for me (see last blog). Somehow, writing it down and then actually doing it..is EMPOWERING, even when you don't "feel" like it..... you will like the way it "feels" to follow through! Even a simple goal like drinking more water is empowering. Give it a try, and know that we're right here with a cyber-shoulder to cry on and cyber-arms to hug you!
emoticon

I haven't weighed for 2 weeks.... Today, Monday, was my official weigh-in day. Since I had jury duty couldn't use the "Dr." scaled in the nurses office at my school like I usually do on Mondays. IDK why, but I just don't want to weigh-in unless it's on the right day. It seems it could make me "off" a bit the next week.... My friend only weighs in once per month. Frankly, that's prob not a bad idea. So, I'll weigh-in next week!

On a good note, my arch supports that I ordered on Ebay, arrived and after 3 days of use, I am happy to say I am very pleased with them. I had to wear dress shoes to jury duty and I wore them with my flats.(I wear tennis shoes on most days..even to church) Amazingly I have NO pain after a day in flats. That's about unheard of! I'll let you know how things progress. I imagine my feet need time to heal, even with great support now, it will take some time to be pain free.

Glad to hear from you Audrey. I know what it is like when your feeling down and you have no motivation to do anything. However, you made the first step by posting to the site. We are here for you to help you through this. You can do this. Just take it one step at a time. You are a strong woman. Do you have a small goal that you would like to accomplish in a certain time frame? Let's work together to achieve that goal. emoticon

I weighed myself in today and was pleasantly surprised. I lost two pounds this week. I couldn't believe it because I had a few days where I was way over my calories. I was expecting to gain weight again this week.

Teresa - I know what you mean about the cost for a new pair of shoes. They are quite expensive. I have to get a new pair myself and I have been putting it off. My feet are starting to hurt more now so I really need to go out and get a pair, but like you said it's not in my financial cards right now. Hopefully, I will be able to go out and get a pair soon.

I have been staying within my calorie range and it has paid off. Today I weighed myself and I lost 2 pounds. I was happy about that.

Vanessa, I hope you're feeling better! Your PF plans sound similar to mine "all of the above!" I need new shoes, but it's not in the financial cards right now. It seems a DECENT pair of tennis shoes run $100 or more. Maybe after taxes? I have been riding my bike instead of walking which is my 'usual' means of exercise. At least PF-wise...the biking has been good move. Since I teach, I am on my feet a great deal of the day. My pain has lessened some, but is still there a bit, hovering in the background.Of course, the morning pain is worse. I'll get past it. I'll have to check out the NEW BALANCE insoles. Thanks!

calorie-wise, I am doing well! YAY!

Teresa - The insoles as special New Balance insoles that you replace the insoles in the shoes with. They seem to help me. My feet haven't been hurting like they were. However, mine is a combination of losing weight, doing my exercises, changing my shoes out and getting the insoles. I still have some pain but nothing like it was.

I've been doing alright. I've been staying within my calorie limit even though I've felt that I was over them. I'm fighting a cold and I'm really tired, which makes me want to eat to stay awake. Therefore, I'm trying not to eat and just nap. I can't wait until I feel better.

Turtle, Thanks for the reply about the tennis hoes. I have worn ASICS for years, when I'd had PF in the past ASICS helped....had not suffered with PF until the past few months, which is why I am more inspired to lose weight....I've gained about 45 lbs. emoticon Do you buy "special" New Balance insoles? Or just the ones that come with the shoes?

I've had a pretty good week calorie wise... rode my bike a few nights...will get back on it this weekend!

Went out for dinner tonight and couldn't resist dessert and a very yummy meal. I wouldn't feel so bad about it if I hadn't pigged out this weekend, too. Friday's weigh-in is gonna be a doozie.

Thought I would check in today. I'm off work today & tomorrow then I work 2 days then of 4 days. Monday I go back to my foot doctor. My feet are doing somewhat better but they still hurt from time to time. I don't know about everyone on here but where I live (West Virginia), it's been cold. I do like to go walking but not in freezing cold weather. That's why I have workout DVDS & a Nintendo Wii. Well, going to go, my husband has to work today so I have to get him up for work.

Teresa - I wear New Balance shoes and New Balance insoles. As for the New Balance shoes, the higher the number the better the support. They seem to work well for me. My doctor has told me to change out my shoes every six months. The shoe breaks down from wearing them everyday and they aren't good for your feet anymore. I know I'm due for new shoes because I've been wearing mine for over six months.

I've been doing well with eating and staying within my calories. I had a lazy day yesterday. I did the minimal amount of exercise I could, which was 10 minutes. Found out my husband's car is a loss cause and we will be taking it to the junk yard. Now we have to find him a new car to drive. Oh well, we will get through this.

So my pf has been better for the past few weeks. I have pain in the morning, but nothing too terrible, since I went back to my old tennis shoes, ASICS. However, over the weekend, i washed my newest pair of ASICS and wore them to work today. Even though tennis shoes don't always look beautiful with my outfits, I figure my second graders could care less. The lesson learned? The shoes I wore today have made my feet HURT. I guess it's back to the old ones tomorrow. I took out the insoles (Dr. Scholl's) and switched those out, but it didn't seem to matter. The SHOES are evidently the problem, or are at least not HELPING my foot problem.

INAFFIT319 - Glad you had a good time in Maryland/Washington, DC. Sorry you ate a lot while you were out there. I know you will work it off.

I did well staying within my calorie range yesterday. I had the day off of work and I spent the day cooking. I'm off of work again today but I won't be cooking again. I'm just going to take it easy today.

That's great keep up the good work!
Well today is my last day off til Wednesday. I only work 15 hours a week (if that). It's ok cause bad weather is suppose to be heading this way. Yesterday was like a lazy day for me too. We had to go to Walmart to get the oil changed then we came home, had dinner & a movie. After that we went for a 35 minute walk. Today I'm tired (I didn't get enough sleep I guess). Well going to go for now.

Howdy everybody! I spent the weekend in the Maryland/Washington DC area. I stayed with a friend and did some sight-seeing. I had a blast! DC had such an awesome energy because it was Inaugaration weekend. But...there was one problem...I ate like a pig! My friend is a foodie, and so am I. She loves food, always wants to eat or drink. But, she's not trying to lose weight, and I am. I have such a hard time making good choices when we are together. I just hope I didn't completely undo my 2.5 pound weight loss from last week. Lots of exercise on the agenda this week!

Spent a lazy day yesterday. We were supposed to go visit my husband's brother that came in from North Carolina. However, my husband's car broke down and he spent all day trying to fix it. We ended up taking it to the repair shop for them to look at it. Other than that, I stayed within my calorie range.

I did better than I thought I would at the party last night. I stayed within my calorie range and I was quite pleased with myself. I even had a piece of cake. I was scared that I would go over my calories because I had no control over the food, but I made some wise selections.

Audrey - Glad to hear you got some exercise in yesterday. Sometimes we can't rely on our spouses for motivation. We need to motivate our selves. If you need help with motivation, we are here for you. We have to remember what our goal is and keep that as the big picture. Don't let yourself get discouraged. You can do this.

I weighed myself today and I stayed the same. I didn't feel like I lost any weight so I was happy that I didn't gain any. I'm worried about tonight though because we are going out to a party and I don't know what kind of food there will be. I will just hope for the best.

I exercised a lot today but unfortunately I ate over the calorie range (spark supplies) but ate under 2000. I'm trying really hard. Not trying to brag but I think I did pretty good tracking all of my food & exercises. Well going to get ready for bed.

Good job Inaffit319!!!
Husband going to work today so I am definately going to work out. I told him yesterday that I want to go for a small walk & he looked at me like he didn't understand what I was talking about. So this whole week we have done nothing but sit at home or sleep. He was complaining last night that he couldn't sleep but that's cause he sleeps all day, & is up all night. I woke up cause from where I was lying on my back so long it started hurting plus I was sweating really bad. I felt like I was going to get sick. I've told him all week that I have over 100 pounds that I need to lose by September (if not before then). That is when my husband & I are getting our vows renewed & I want to look good for it. I know it's not going to happen & I'm starting to lose confidence in myself & I feel as though my husband doesn't care. Well if anyone has some kind of advise or something that will help me lose a lot of weight please let me know. Well going to go for now.

Today has been a good day for me. I have stayed within my calorie range, which I have been teetering around this week. I have been so stressed out from work that I have been eating to compensate for the stress. So actually I've been doing well that I haven't gone over my calories.

Today was an okay day...I TRIED to stay within my calorie range but....even the best laid plans get jacked up sometimes, LOL.

I'm only over by a few calories, so I'm trying not to worry too much about it.

On a better note, I found a great challenging strength workout on Pinterest that I can do at home. I really enjoyed that!

It's been quiet around here. I hope you all are well!

Sorry about your day TURTLE. Bad days are so discouraging. Do you find that Fridays are just HARD? It's the hardest day of the week for me in terms of eating well, because I have all these engrained weekend habits...like eating out every Friday...drinking every Friday. UGH. It is so hard to change those habits. The good news is, the day is behind you! Hoping you have a better day today :)
