Dehydration can lead to tiredness so make sure you are drinking 8 glasses of water every day. Also get 6-8 hours of sleep each night so you don't feel drained all day. Even though that takes up a lot of time when you are busy it will help you be much more productive through your day which will save you time. Also a lack of certain vitamins and nutrients can make you feel tired so make sure you are getting enough of everything in your food or take a supplement. Working out in the morning and eating a healthy breakfast can also help you feel like you have more energy. Also with me I notice that when I have a positive attitude and pretend I am feeling good even when I'm not, I have a lot more energy throughout the day. Doing service can help you to feel positive, and that is what this team is all about. If you are already doing all these things, I don't know what else it can be. Maybe your body is fighting off sickness. I hope at least one of these things helps and that you feel better soon.

Hi Pink. I am so there. I was actually put on prenatal vitamins in the past. Now I bought that vitamin drink that you can get at Sam's or Costco. But to be perfectly honest the first step is to just DO IT. I am tired, I do 3 jobs, I have a busy home life, I do not get 8 hours a night(I wish!) so The first step is to just do it. Remember those dishes in the sink?? We avoid them but eventually we grit our teeth and tackle the mountain....Same with laundry....Yep same with getting moving.... I DESERVE this minute to put my feet up! I need a nap, Yep I get it, but I make sure I take a 10 minute walk outside (even if it is 105) now I am trying to do 10 of the WII, I am stbborn so the fight is still going on but I WILL TACKLE THIS MOUNTAIN TOO! SO CAN YOU! Funny thing is after 10 minutes of walking I do not want to napl then in a few weeks I fight to bild it higher then I seem to have just enough energy(with a self chat) to do just a bit more. Then a bit more. The mouuntain is broken into litlle tiny steps...You can do it.
