There are some good challenges on this team also....there are teams that are related to whatever your interests may be....I happen to like motorcycles...some like exercising with a chair, there are teams for every interest.
I hope you are going to use the free exercise videos, free food tracking...Spark is wonderful and they have loads of things to get involved in...

I am new to this whole site - but so far I love it. I feel motivating and motivated by it all! :) I wanted to share two things I have started and even though I am not done yet - I feel like they are too good to pass up! Because they increase every day, I don't feel like I am overworking myself - and combining the two - I have a 20 min mini workout every day...without much thought!
30-day AB challenge: not nearly as hard as it sounds, and it starts slow! (very good for me - since I never do AB workouts!)
30-day Squat challenge: It starts with 50 squats..you can do them whenever you want (in between commercials, before work and after work). split them however you need to - but do them. I am up to 185 and I can tell a HUGE difference! I have like 6 days left, and I cant wait to find another leg challenge!
