I hope everyone on Sparkpeople is doing well and staying warm! I have been in a house full of sick people for almost a month now
Thankfully I haven't gotten it (knock on wood!). Its made things very difficult as far as workouts and eating healthier, but I'm still here and trying to get into the swing of things!
How is everyone else handling the weather/illnesses?
1st Goal: lose 10% be at 231 Met 2/10/2012 :)
2nd Goal: lose 10% be at 208
3rd Goal: Lose 10% be at 187
4th Goal: Lose 10% be at 168
5th Goal: Lose 10% be at 151
6th Goal: Lose 10% be at 136
7th Goal: Lose 4% be at 130
8th Goal: MAINTAIN HEALTHY WEIGHT!!! :)
